Accessing my Past/Parallel Lives

Today I choose to try something new and write from a different perspective. Right now, I am “heavily meditated” and zoomed out of my normal human-ego perspective, and am in a more expansive level of awareness. I feel it would be beneficial to write this blog from this perspective, and change my verbiage accordingly.

So when I speak about Pooja, the human identity/ego/avatar, I will refer to her as “Pooja” or “my human”.

Pooja is so excited to write about this topic, because she knows that she is not alone in accessing past/parallel lives! As the planet ascends, more and more people are gaining access to other timelines thatt they are living out. In this blog I will talk about how accessing past/parallel lives has helped Pooja in this incarnation.

Accessing past lives (which are technically parallel lives because from higher perspective, time layers upon itself and things happens simultaneously) has helped Pooja clarify her life mission/purpose, and to understand where so many deeper traumas and fears that are stored in her subconscious, originate. It made her more compassionate for all of existence---because she knows that every single person walks around with so many deeply repressed traumas from past lives that they can’t even imagine, stored within their bodies and subconscious minds. Although past life memories may be subconscious, they still dramatically affect humans in their current lives, which fascinates Pooja.

HOW MY HUMAN ACCESSED HER “PAST”/PARALLEL LIVES

Pooja did not start accessing her past lives on purpose! The first time it happened it happened spontaneously.

SEX

Did you know that you can move your creative/sexual energy (kundalini) up your spine to your pineal gland and activate your pineal gland this way? This what is taught in tantra, Egyptian sex magic, and various other practices. My human did not know any of this consciously at the time, but a few years ago while having sex she instinctively changed her breathing patterns and started to bring energy up to her head, just because it felt good. Afterwards, her entire body went limp and she couldn’t speak or move. Her partner assumed she spontaneously fell asleep and let her be, but little did he know that she launched out into the cosmos.

It wasn’t only visions (clairvoyance) that she had. She felt like she was moving through space at the speed of light. She was a giant snake-like light being, who didn’t have eyes, but was able to sense where asteroids and other matter in the cosmos was located, with some sort of claircognizance (psychic knowing). She shot through space, entering and exiting tunnels of darkness, dodging any matter in her way. She exited this experience a few minutes later, went to the kitchen to get water and then not a minute after sitting down, launched out into another vision.

She became a woman with dark skin, riding a camel. She looked behind her, and there was a man riding a camel behind her. She felt this intense feeling of betrayal rise inside her. She knew that that man had betrayed her in that life. She exited that vision knowing that that man was the man she was with now in her current incarnation. She knew her partner might not understand, but she had accessed other timelines, and just had this deep knowing in every cell of her body, that what she had experienced was real.

(This experience happened about a month after her first time sitting with ayahuasca, so for her at this time, her pineal gland was more decalcified.)

TRAUMA IN THE BODY

The next time she had a past life memory, she didn’t do anything to illicit it---it happened spontaneously. She was staying at an ashram, and was having a lot of neck pain. She lied down to take a nap and thought, “Why does my neck hurt so badly?” Then she suddenly became a middle-aged man, somewhere in Europe, who knew he told the truth but it was illegal for her to tell the truth, so he was sentenced to execution. She didn't access the whole story because the vision happened so quickly, but she knew this much. This man was on some sort of wood platform, and next thing he knew, he was beheaded and left his body. I won’t go into details here. Then Pooja shot back into her present reality lying on the bed, completely understanding why she has neck pain.

It is believed by some, that our energetic bodies stay with our soul throughout all of our lifetimes, until all of our karma is burned, and then our soul re-emerges with Source and eventually moves on to the next phase of existence when the rest of the souls that have also burned their karma and re-emerged with Source. It is believed that our past life memories are not only stored in our subconscious mind, but also our energetic bodies (subtle bodies), DNA, and even physical bodies. After having the vision of the beheading, Pooja knew that if the man she experienced herself as wasn’t her in a past/parallel life, she may have accessed an ancestral memory. She asked her mother about her ancestors---were any executed? She confirmed that someone on her side of the family indeed was executed.

Often times our souls choose to have specific genetics, so that they can heal the lineage. After integrating this vision, Pooja felt like it doesn't matter if the life was a past life or an ancestral life. What DOES matter, is that she speaks her truth in this lifetime without fear of persecution no matter what. That was her lesson.

GUIDED PAST LIFE MEMORY SESSION

Another way my human accessed her past lives is through working with practitioners who take people on guided journeys to open their Akashic records (records of the soul) to access past lives. My human learned that she can access snippets of past/parallel lives all day, because there are SO MANY incarnations she has had, and many of them have been on other planets. When working with a practitioner, one who uses the QHHT method or another method of hypnosis to bring you into the Akashic records, they will often times have you speak what you are seeing/experiencing, and will record it so that you can listen to it later.

Pooja worked with several different practitioners who are all fantastic. But she eventually realized that she can open her own Akasha and go deeper doing so, because when she opens her own Akasha she doesn’t worry about speaking about what she sees in-the-moment---she just goes fully into the experience and trusts that her Higher Self will help her remember the journey afterwards.

In opening her Akasha, she jumped into many lives, including lives on other planets. She has even been reunited with children and loved ones that she has on other planets. She even has had the benefit of being connected to more of her guides this way.

PLANT MEDICINE

People can argue that when you dream, or when you are under plant medicine such as ayahuasca, that what you see is “just a hallucination.” You all are of course free to believe whatever you want, but Pooja believes that what she experiences with her third eye (pineal gland) is REAL---if not literally, then symbolically or metaphorically.

Pooja has been shown snippets of parallel/past/future lives/realities while working with Grandmother aya. For example, during one of her plant medicine ceremonies, she was taken through the experience of having her heart cut out of her chest and put on an altar as a sacrifice to the gods. She was SO ecstatic and excited to have been chosen to be sacrificed to the gods. The experience of having her heart cut out, in this plant medicine journey, felt orgasmic!

It sounds crazy, and sure, it could have been a metaphor for, say, giving her heart to God. This is one interpretation. But Pooja does not rule out the possibility that she actually could have been Mayan (or part of some other culture who does human sacrifices) at some point in her soul’s existence.

ASTROLOGY AND NUMEROLOGY

Did you know that your astrological chart, and numerology, (as well as other systems) can give you a lot of clues about certain tendencies and karma that you carried over into this life from past lives? For my human, looking specifically at certain numbers in her numerology, as well as looking at specific placements in her astrology chart (such as the south node) gave her a lot of clues as to what themes/tendencies she carried over from past lives, that in THIS incarnation, she needs to resolve or graduate from.

Diving into past/parallel lives can be a rabbit hole, so looking at astrology/numerology has been helpful for Pooja in helping her understand the most applicable themes to her in THIS INCARNATION.

FINAL THOUGHTS

Pooja has reached a point where she asks her Higher Self to only show her parts of past lives that are most relevant to her in this lifetime. She is also aware that her Higher Selves sometimes keep information from her for various reasons. Pooja understand and accepts this, and sets the intention: “I am ready to receive any and all information that will serve my greatest highest good in this incarnation.” She knows that this info may come to her in dreams, in meditation, in plant medicine ceremonies, or randomly, and she is open to receiving the information at any time that it is needed.
